The Island was an easy walk away, with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Our room was clean, had a great view, and came with everything we needed. The staff were kind and so helpful, especially the new woman with short blonde hair, who gave us plenty of fun attraction ideas. This stay beat most of the luxury hotels we book. We’ll definitely return to this location.

They made my son’s fourth birthday weekend feel special. I mentioned it while checking in, and not long after, they brought balloons, candy, and a little gift to our room. He was thrilled. The suite was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything we might need in the kitchen. It worked so well for traveling with young kids, and the breakfast was better than what a restaurant would offer. We’ve already talked about changing future plans so we can stay here again. This was the best service I’ve ever had while traveling.

There’s laundry on site, a fenced dog run, and a water play area. Behind the property, the large parking area seems like a good, safe place to walk or jog. The free breakfast had a nice selection, and the property was clean and beautiful with spacious rooms. Ask for a room facing the smoky mountains ;)) No EV chargers.

This newer hotel is away from the main strip, and it has a large parking lot with plenty of spaces. Still, local teenagers meeting out back and drifting their cars caused nightly disturbances. Breakfast gets very busy later in the morning, and there’s no extra bedding in the rooms. Avoid rooms 210, 310, 410, and 510 if you want any kind of window view. I assume they’re all alike. The window sits in a corner facing two other corner walls, so you can’t see anything, not even the sky. I think it’s criminal to design rooms like that and offer them to guests, regardless of Marriott status.

We’re here from November 23 to 27, 2025, and everything has been flawless, from the front desk to the breakfast room. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and very family-oriented. The bed is comfortable, there’s plenty of linen, and they provide extra linens too. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Thank you for the service.
