We could walk to the shops and restaurants, and the balcony looked out over both the pool and the river. The place was clean and roomy, with a king bed, a queen, and a pullout couch. Having a washer and dryer was handy, and the beds were comfy. We loved it.
Room 609 was spacious, clean, and quiet, and we really liked the location. The beds left us waking up with sore backs every morning. The bedroom A/C also didn't work, so we ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa in the living area.
Tammy and her staff have been great partners for years. They're terrific people, stay on top of problems, and someone in the rental management office is always available to help. They take good care of the property, too. We bought a condominium at River Place more than seven years ago and are proud to call it our second home. Pigeon Forge is a great location for vacations and all the events here, and River Place Condos is a much roomier choice than a limited-space hotel. I'd highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.
The creek was an absolute favorite, and parking was great. We stayed in 107, a beautifully decorated condo that was very clean and just as advertised. We'd definitely come back.
I liked the furnishings and amenities in the condo, which is why it gets three stars from me. The place itself wasn't clean, though, despite the $85 cleaning fee. The commode was nasty and the baseboards filthy. We also lost a $100 deposit we'd paid in 2023, after being told it would carry over and then finding out that wasn't true. My sisters and I are looking for somewhere else next year.
