RiverStone Condo Resort & Spa

My husband and I come to the area every year for a church couples retreat, which is held somewhere else because some couples can't afford much. We always stay here, though. I prefer it, and I think it's affordable for what you get. It feels more like a home away from home than a standard hotel room. I LOVE this place.

The rooms are decent and not in terrible shape, though they show some wear. There's no cleaning service during your stay. The indoor pool is ice cold, with no heat, so it wasn't enjoyable in cooler weather. Getting in and out on Dollywood Lane can be tough when traffic is heavy. There's a back entrance and exit from the property that comes out by Cates Lane on the Parkway. Building 4 has great river views from the balcony, but smokers there can spoil it for non-smokers trying to sit outside.

Ms. Delmy welcomed us with a big smile and a cheerful attitude, and got our vacation off to a great start. We were seven guests in a luxurious four-bedroom, four-bathroom room that was bigger than most homes. Everything felt high quality, and the rooms were especially nice. The location is convenient for Pigeon Forge, with Gatlinburg Golf Course in the backyard, quick access to the main strip and its major attractions, and downtown Gatlinburg about a 13-minute drive away. Parking was easy, either below the building by the elevator or out front where there were plenty of spaces. The pool room is open all day, all year, and there were plenty of towels in our room. There were other amenities we didn't get to try, so we'll have to come back. We highly recommend Riverstone Resort and Spa for a family vacation.

The view was the best part, and the room was clean and up to date. We also loved having a full kitchen, a fireplace, and access to the indoor pool around the clock. We had a lovely stay.
