Tempo By Hilton Pigeon Forge

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of towels and pillows. Lighting around the beds and in the bathroom and dressing area was great. Our side of the building had a lovely view through a big window. My one complaint was the little lights that stayed on all night: two nightlights in the bathroom, plus the thermostat and mini fridge. One nightlight would be fine, but all of them together were a lot. I’m sensitive to light, and good sleep advice calls for total darkness. Tempo markets itself as health-minded, so that bothered me. The seventh-floor spaces felt welcoming and would suit a group or large family. The rooftop fire pits were nice, and the pool area would be fun in warmer weather. Check-in is at the attached Embassy Suites, but that wasn’t a big deal, and Tempo has its own elevators and luggage carts.

The top-floor view was breathtaking and added a lot to my stay. I also slept very well in the exceptionally comfortable bed, and the room was thoughtfully appointed. The whole property, from my room to the common areas, was spotless and clearly well cared for. Staff were welcoming, courteous, and consistently helpful, handling requests efficiently and making the visit comfortable. Full access to Embassy Suites amenities made this stay especially enjoyable, including rooftop areas, games, free breakfast, evening happy hour, and shared common spaces. Everything was easy to access. The new property is beautifully designed, with polished modern decor, ample convenient parking, and impressive, well-maintained facilities: indoor heated and outdoor pools, a hot tub, swim-up pool bar, and fire pits. The Smoky Mountains views and resort feel were stunning. Eugene from maintenance kindly gave us a tour, and his professionalism and warmth made the visit more personal. My family stayed at Tempo by Hilton Pigeon Forge in December 2025, and it exceeded our expectations. We loved it enough to plan a spring return so we can enjoy the outdoor pool and warm-weather amenities. Tempo and Embassy Suites are a great choice for a modern, elegant resort-style stay in Pigeon Forge.

The staff were amazing, all dressed nicely, smiling, and very accommodating. The place is new, really nice, affordable, and pet-friendly, although there’s no fenced area. We were glad we found it. The seventh-floor rooftop patios overlook the Island, with several fire pits to sit around and stay warm. It felt cozy and family-friendly.
