The only small improvement I'd ask for is more breakfast variety; what they served was good. Otherwise, I was struck by how peaceful it was, with no noise from neighboring rooms like I've heard in many hotels. The location is excellent, and the place is beautiful, comfortable, stylish, and luxurious. I care a lot about comfort when traveling, and this hotel delivered: a spectacular bed, a spotless bathroom, and thoughtful details throughout. I'd gladly stay again.

The location made getting around easy, with everything close by and Dollywood about 10 minutes away. We were very pleased with our stay. The staff were professional and courteous, and our room was comfortable and well stocked. The fitness room was top notch, with lots of weights, kettlebells, a cable machine, leg press, and several treadmills. The kids loved the little splash pad in the shallow end of the outdoor pool.

Food city is right next door, which made things easier for us. I stayed three nights with my 11 month old, and cleanliness was my main concern. The room, washroom, and kitchen were clean and really well maintained. We woke up to a lovely landscape view. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were polite and understanding. Excellent expirience : ) !!

We'd stay here again. The walking trail behind the property takes you toward The Island area, about a 20-minute walk. Dollywood and The Island are both conveniently close, and we found the rooms clean, the service friendly, and breakfast great. Thank you! Enjoy!

The front desk lady was so nice and made sure we had a mountain and river view. Michelle, who managed the rooms, was helpful and really on top of things. The place felt new and clean, including the appliances, and Fast Market is right next door for quick groceries. One thing I'd suggest is bringing a cutting knife. I made do with a steak knife and it did the job. Would definitely come back. Marriott does not disappoint.
