Best Western Presidential Hotel & Suites

The breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and decent quality, and the place looked clean overall. The setting was comfortable and the location convenient. A few small fixes would help: the sink handle was loose, there were only two large towels for two queen beds, and I didn't care for the shredded foam pillows. Still, it was okay and I'd stay again.

The front desk woman was great, and I don't blame her, but the hotel was sold out and I had to find somewhere else to stay. In room 103, the bathroom ceiling was peeling, and there was a huge patch of black mold above the sink. They knew the room upstairs had a water leak and chose to do nothing. This clearly hadn't just happened. At $100, it wasn't a good price, and after only recently starting to use BW, I'm completely disappointed. How does the health department allow this? I was told a credit would be returned to my account.

Cockroaches in the hotel, hard uncomfortable beds, and a horrible breakfast. The people working there were extremely rude, especially a Mrs , smith. I doubt that's her real name. Drive a little farther, staying here isn't worth it.

Breakfast was nice, though they'd run out of bagels by 8 a.m. The pool was closed, and the vending machine was on the first floor while I was staying on the third. I saw something moving on the carpet, a huge 🪳 that went straight into the toilet. I also fell in the shower while trying to move the showerhead. Check behind the refrigerator and bring your LYSOL. It's supposed to be smoke-free, but smokers stand by the front door and smoke comes inside and up the stairs when the doors open. It was a nice place to visit, but I'll never come back.
