A decent option if you're just visiting town. The staff were great, friendly, and helped when I needed it. Breakfast was pretty minimal, though. Go early if you want waffles, since they only make one batch a day. There weren't any on Sunday morning. Maybe they could add fresh fruit or yogurt. The milk was out, but when I asked for a refill, they were happy to help.

I planned to stay two nights at the days in, but the bedding made me leave. The first bed had stains and small white “hairs” along with a white stain. The manager offered fresh sheets or a different room, and said she couldn't wash the bedding herself because of an injury. In the other room, I found the same kind of hair in the sink and two broken lamps. I asked for a refund because I was relocating. She was snappy and said only customer service could issue it. After an hour with customer service, I was sent back to the front desk and told the manager had just gone home, after telling the employee who'd just arrived to process my refund. While I was discussing the cleaning, she made a comment about her staff: “well, Indians.” That racist remark shocked me. I hope the people higher up address it quickly. The manager needs to be disciplined or fired. I won't return.

Everything in the room was clean and working, including the carpeting, bedding, microwave, fridge, and conveniently placed electrical outlets. My stay was pleasant. My only complaint was the WiFi: they should explain how to access it at check-in if the details aren't in the room. I had trouble getting the front desk to answer when I called for the information.

My friends and I stopped here for one night on the way to our destination, but I wouldn't recommend staying. We went to the front desk about the room and the woman didn't seem surprised. She moved us from room 123 to 220. In 123, it reeked of cigarette smoke despite being labeled non-smoking. Flies and roaches were crawling up the walls and in the AC unit. We also found stains on the sheets and pillows that looked like bed bugs, then saw several bed bugs crawling on the bed and pillows. There wasn't a smoke alarm in the room either. Other reviews from months and years ago describe the same infestation problems, which makes it seem like nobody cares. This place is a walking hazard and shouldn't be open.

There were roaches in our room, both alive and dead, with some smashed and smeared on the wall. I told the manager, who assured me it'd be dealt with the next day. By day four, nothing had been cleaned. Disgusting.
