Club Wyndham Pinetop

We had a one-bedroom with a patio and a really well-equipped kitchen, right down to the dishwasher. The internet and TV streaming were excellent, and the staff were great too. Rooms are in separate buildings with four units each, all looking out onto the adjoining pine forest. The attention to detail stood out. We’ve stayed at plenty of places, and this resort was top notch. We’ll be back next year. Such an enjoyable stay!

The studio bed folded out from the wall, futon style, and was small and uncomfortable. My husband and I aren’t big people, but we barely fit. There were lights all over the room too, especially the bright microwave light, and we were kept awake all night. They put us in a studio even though other rooms were available. The man at reception was rude and unhelpful.

The town area is cute, with lots to do, and we had everything we needed at the resort. We stayed for my birthday weekend and the place was beautiful, with every kind of amenity. It felt like a five-star resort. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We’ve been members since '98, and this is still our favorite resort, which makes this especially disappointing. For two separate vacations, we booked nine months ahead and called to confirm that our two identical rooms could stay in the same building so our family wouldn’t be split up. Both times, they put us in different buildings. We made multiple calls and requests, but management wouldn’t listen or try to keep us together. There’s nobody there at night if something goes wrong with the rooms, either. It puts a huge damper on our family vacation.
