We’ve stayed here many times over the years, and the rooms are good with free breakfast. It’s the best choice around Pipestone. Today, with a big blizzard coming, they let us cancel our rooms just 10 hours beforehand with no charge and no fuss. Thank you!

The weather coming in meant we had to head home early, so I didn’t stay this time. Even though we were already outside the cancellation window, GrandStay let us cancel. I’ve stayed here many times, and I’m very grateful for how accommodating they were.

The rooms were pretty clean, but the water pressure was really weak. The lobby also smelled like sewer gas.

We woke up after staying the night to find my fiancé covered in bed bug bites. When we stripped the sheets, we found the bug. The room and sheets had also smelled faintly of smoke.

Rebecca, the GM, was kind and took good care of us. Breakfast was great for a hotel, especially the corned beef hash.
