The unit and my floor were clean, and the building itself was cool. I only gave three stars because the elevator was working, despite a notice saying it was out of order. Parking was a mess: the garage was full, there was construction in the metered parking, and nobody told me. There was no communication between Pete’s parking and the groundskeeper. My daughter and I had to park around the block and walk about five minutes with our luggage. That's not ideal for elderly or disabled guests. I run a business, and this felt like information that should have been disclosed. Parking seems to be a nightmare for these apartment rentals, so I may avoid this kind of Airbnb or apartment stay next time. The snacks and other things in my video are mine. When I arrived, the thermostat was set to 78 and all three windows were cracked. I don't know why. I wouldn't stay here again with my daughter.

The AC never got fixed, and the place stayed at a crisp 76 degrees the whole time with no air movement. Our sheets had visible stains, and the shower light was falling down. I emailed customer service as soon as we arrived, and their suggestion was that I buy sheets and submit them for reimbursement. I shouldn't have to make sure the room has clean linen on vacation. We've stayed with Cozy Suites several times in different buildings without problems like these, but customer service was no help throughout this stay. We won't stay with them again.

I really appreciated how quickly they replied whenever I emailed. For a stay of a day or two, the place is fine, though complimentary water bottles and bathroom mats would be useful. There should also be someone at the admin desk. The elevator wasn't working during my visit, which made hauling luggage up the narrow stairs a bit of a challenge. Thanks for the service.

We gave up and found another hotel after arriving to an unlocked room with the door wide open, the TV blaring, and piles of linens inside. This was already more than an hour after check-in time, and there was nobody around to help. My husband called management and was told someone from the Pittsburgh office would call back. We waited over 20 minutes, called again, then spent about another 20 minutes on hold. We searched for someone who could assist but found no one. Management was no help, and we got no refund. Don't waste your time with this location.
