For the price, this is a decent deal. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, and my room was clean too. Soft pillows, nice linens, and a warm shower. It’s an older, no-frills design, but I didn’t see any bugs.

The other guests were quiet, and the room wasn’t cramped. It had a fridge and microwave, and the bed looked very clean. The room itself was basic but clean, with signs of a recent touch-up, like fresh paint and what looked like newer bathroom tile. No odd mold, rust, or random wall damage like I’ve seen in some other budget motels. The staff were nice, and it was a good deal.

Those beds and pillows were so comfortable that, as someone who usually gets pain from sleeping, I didn’t want to get up. I’m glad our booking at another motel fell through. Someone there recommended Econo Lodge, and it turned out to be just right for our weekend. It has an old-school motel feel in a quiet setting, with a colorful, personable room and professional, friendly staff. You can see they take pride in caring for the property. A few things need maintenance, including the exterior paint and some minor details in the room and lobby, but the stay felt special to me. Cleanliness and nostalgia go a long way. If you want high-end taste, this probably isn’t the place. If you want comfort and a clean place with character, I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

The complex was quiet, there was plenty of parking for regular cars, and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t try bringing a large vehicle, like a truck with a trailer or box truck, unless the place were empty. The small outdoor pool was closed, likely because of the time of year. For a modest price on a work trip stopover, I was pleasantly surprised. The room had been recently painted and had updated fixtures and linens. It was very clean, with a mini fridge, microwave, and enough outlets in sensible spots. Some things were worn, including the bathroom hardware, carpet, and baseboards, but they were clean and seemed recently maintained. The water was hot. I’d stop here again.

My smoking room was clean and warm, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. It was handy having a refrigerator and microwave too. The pillows were a bit too thick for me, but you can’t please everyone. I’ve had a knee replacement and have trouble getting off the toilet, so bathroom hand rails would help. That’s an issue just about everywhere I go, lol.
