The breakfast room was clean and had a decent range of choices, and the room layout itself worked well. The location was also lovely, with river views, lots of nearby food, and a safe feeling when walking around. The room needed more attention: the kitchen floor was sticky, the vent dusty, and the glasses still had condensation on them. There was only one toilet paper roll, so we asked for another, and the closet had no laundry bag. The shower gel seemed watered down, and there was a marijuana smell in the room. Check-in was a hassle. I’d already checked in on the app, but the desk wouldn’t complete it because the reservation was under my husband’s name. He was parking just outside and came in right after. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and haven’t run into that before.

The bike storage room they directed us to was a cluttered dumping area, with no cameras or alarm on the door leading straight out the back. That felt insecure and was completely unsatisfactory. At first, the front desk gentleman stopped me in the lobby and said bikes couldn’t be brought inside or kept in our room, citing an unwritten policy he couldn’t point to. He said the hotel didn’t cater to cyclists. The manager was kind and understanding when I asked for her. She told us GAP riders stay there regularly and suggested using the parking garage elevator to bring the bikes up. The lobby elevator was out of order anyway, so that was our only workable option. It was a simple problem to solve, and I appreciated her help, though I wish the desk gentleman had been able to handle a basic customer service issue himself. For GAP riders, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel because of this. Otherwise, the location right on the GAP is handy, close to good restaurants and shops, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with functional, well-equipped kitchenettes for longer stays. A wedding was happening that evening, but we weren’t disturbed at all, and it looked like a very good event.

Danielle Grasso, the Sales Manger, was wonderful throughout my stay, so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I’m really grateful for her. The apartment-style suite made things especially cozy and convenient, with lots of space, a full kitchen, and a peloton. There are also onsite options like a bar and restaurant, plus more amenities. They’ve got everything! I can’t wait to come back 🥰 🧖🏻♀️🥂✨🏩

The location is really nice, with a fun plaza and a river view right across the street. John was amazing. I’ve never felt so comfortable and welcomed at a hotel, and the service was phenomenal.

Parking was the one real drawback at about $23 a night, though I guess that’s typical these days. I also wished the room had a smart TV so I could watch Netflix. I stayed one night in July, and the room was clean and spacious. The front desk and service were great.
