We booked a room for our daughter this past weekend so she wouldn't have to drive home in bad weather. The room was clean, but we checked her out that day rather than wait until morning. When she arrived around 5 on her supper break, nobody was at the desk, and ringing the bell got no response. She eventually had to knock on a door to find someone. The room was cold: the floor heater barely warmed it, and there wasn't anywhere off the floor to plug in the extra heater. She slept in her clothes, pajamas, and coat. When she came back around 5 the next day to eat supper in her room, neither key card worked. Once again the office was empty, even after she rang and knocked. She left to get food before going back to work. I've never seen a motel with nobody at the desk or even within earshot.

The manager was incredibly helpful and has excellent customer service skills. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, professional, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything about my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I had an exceptional experience thanks to him.

Over 40 visible bites covered my body when I woke up, swollen, itchy, and painful, with some turning into welts. Now I have to buy medical creams and antihistamines to deal with the reactions. The room was infested with bed bugs. It smelled strongly of mold and chemicals, and was filthy, with peeling paint, crumbling plaster, and walls falling apart. The towels were stained and looked used. There was zero sanitation. At $100 a night, this is a scam and a health hazard. I will report the motel to the local Health Department for inspection and post this review with photos on every platform where it's listed so people know how dangerous it is. I demand a full refund and compensation for medical expenses. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll take legal action. Do not stay here. Ever. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The manager was friendly and super helpful, and they found a room for us and our dog when our camping plans fell apart in the heavy rain. It wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable, clean, and dry. A perfect stop for the night.

I was staying there long term and didn't get housekeeping during my stay. I got locked out of my room multiple times. The last time, I couldn't reach anyone at the front desk despite trying over and over in freezing temperatures.
