Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre-Scranton Airport Hotel

The room was clean and okay, just nothing special. The staff weren't rude, but seemed indifferent, like they'd rather be somewhere else. Breakfast was all right. The mattress felt hard, and the flat pillows offered no support.

Our group of 50 senior citizens from Virginia really appreciated how the staff helped make the evening enjoyable. As our bus was pulling in, it developed mechanical problems, so hotel staff drove most of us to nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean and the accommodations were excellent. We also enjoyed the fire pit and good breakfast. It was a great stay for our bus group's overnight stop.

We'd stay here again if we're in the area. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was fairly roomy for a hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, and our room was clean. The building looks new. We didn't try breakfast, but it was nice to have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby anytime.

I got in late and only had time to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast, but had no problems during my overnight stay. The room was very clean, and I liked the sliding glass shower doors, no curtain slipping down a pole. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: they had bacon instead of sausage links, and I got plenty.
