Crowne Plaza Princeton-Conference Center by IHG

There’s plenty of open space around the hotel, with trees and streams, and a large conference center on the grounds. Inside, it’s clean and modern, with attentive, friendly staff. The elevators worked well, and the hotel floors are spacious and well lit. There are no safes in the rooms or at the front desk. My room had enough space, a shower, just two dresser drawers, a big closet and TV, two small bedside tables, and a roomy desk with an executive-style chair. There are two restaurants. Breakfast is a fairly priced buffet, though I found it just fair. The other restaurant serves dinner only, with a short menu and no steak or special full meals. The dishes were reasonably priced and portions adequate, and there’s a full bar.

Jennifer made our anniversary stay feel special from the start. She welcomed my husband and me warmly, and took care of my questions and requests quickly and cheerfully. Her service was a big reason the visit went so smoothly. The Crowne Plaza Princeton Conference Center was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with nice amenities and a relaxing feel. Jennifer’s dedication to guests is what made the stay especially memorable. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the Princeton area, and I plan to return.

Jennifer at Crowne Plaza turned a late-night room problem into a great one-night stay. We’d booked a king at Holiday Inn only three hours before arriving, but found two double beds instead. At the front desk, Bridget (holiday inn front desk) was kind and, since there were no king rooms available there, contacted Jennifer at the nearby Crowne Plaza, which is connected by a bridge. Jennifer welcomed us and upgraded us to a lovely king suite with a complimentary breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the spacious room, the architecture, the tasty breakfast, and how friendly everyone was. We’ll choose Crowne Plaza again and recommend it to others.

The outdoor setting is beautiful, and there’s a floor just above the lobby where you can relax with friends or guests, play pool, or try other games. I also appreciated being recognized as an IHG member and the warm welcome and service during my stay. I’m looking forward to another visit, hopefully for longer.
