Four Points by Sheraton Plainview Long Island

The chef deserves special mention. We had a small misunderstanding yesterday, but he dealt with it so kindly and professionally that it quickly became a positive experience. His courtesy and willingness to sort it out made me feel valued. The Four Points by Sheraton in Hempstead was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and each staff member I met was welcoming, helpful, and professional. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The planning process went smoothly thanks to Josh and Erin. They were responsive, accommodating, and clearly cared about making our wedding day special. The bridal suite was spacious and beautifully set up, with plenty of room, good lighting, and all the comforts we needed to get ready with my girls. Our guests appreciated how spacious and comfortable the standard rooms were, too. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and would recommend it to brides or event planners looking for great service and beautiful accommodations.

The exercise room had a variety of options, and my room was comfortable and clean. The front desk was friendly and efficient. Cliff really stood out, though. He’s a terrific chef, his omelettes are delicious, and he’s always warm and gracious. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

Cliff was juggling a busy breakfast service the next morning, but he cooked omelettes any way people wanted, alongside the scrambled eggs on the buffet. He also helped with seating, got guests whatever they needed, and cleaned up, all with a smile. The previous evening, the bar and restaurant had been open from early afternoon until late at night, so our guests could get drinks and food before the reception and gather for an informal after-party. The bar stayed open until 1:30 am, and everything went great. Hallie helped us with whatever we needed during the weekend, when Josh wasn’t there. Our daughter was getting married in Melville Long Island in July 2025 and needed a convenient place for guests to stay. The reception hall suggested the Sheraton Four Points, so my wife and I went to look around. Josh showed us the hotel and its amenities, and we liked what we saw, so we recommended it to our daughter. She booked 16 rooms for the event, and the weekend turned out just as we’d been shown and told. We were very happy with the Sheraton and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on Long Island.
