On our check-in day, they cancelled our booking and offered no compensation unless we asked. They basically told us, “we don't care that we can't count,” then offered 15% off at another hotel an hour away.

The rooms are decent, but this place might as well be fully automated, with no amenities. The lights shut off by themselves while you’re showering, and when the dryers went offline, the front desk wouldn’t sell me quarters.

The walls are paper thin. I could literally hear someone sneeze in the next room. It’s way overpriced for a place with no amenities, no breakfast, and not even a full set of bathroom supplies. To make the stay worse, they threw away my personal pillow and blanket, then acted like they didn’t care and were no help when I asked. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

We stayed almost three months, and it was a horrible experience. The managers are arrogant and unfriendly, the service is awful, and staff don’t seem to care about concerns or requests. They end up arguing instead. If I was even an hour late paying to extend my stay, they charged a late fee. So many things were difficult, especially with kids. The elevator was often out, so we had to use the stairs. The smoke alarm went off on its own, and one night the power went out with nobody answering the front desk calls. Room service took days, even after repeated requests. The kitchen had no utensils, cups, or plates, and there was no hair dryer or coffee machine. Wi-Fi for more than two devices cost extra. The shower water was always cold. Morning coffee and cleaning supplies were often out of stock. Towels were replaced only after 14 days, and we had to pay for fresh ones. The towels and sheets were dirty and smelly. I don’t think anyone would come back to stay here.
