Best Western Airport Inn & Suites/Kci North

The continental breakfast tasted better than what I've had at other hotels, though we waited a long time for food to be replenished. I appreciated that they kept serving past the posted breakfast hours. Room 312 stayed quiet despite being close to the highway, but the toilet tank leaked slowly and refilled now and then. Around midnight, a low battery warning from the fire alarm went off. Since the room phone wasn't working, we went down to the lobby and waited for the night manager, who was busy with other business. While we waited, the warning stopped. Some maintenance would be welcome. Thank you.

We missed breakfast because it ended early. The room was clean and comfortable, but nearly everything else gave us trouble: the internet, TV, phone, heat, hair dryer, and keys. The staff didn't seem to care and made no effort to fix anything. I won't stay here again.

The room was clean, but getting around in it was difficult. I needed an accessible room and none was available. The walk-in shower was okay, though it had no grab bars, and the toilet was so low I needed help standing up. The bed was much too high and hard to get into and out of with my disability. Handrails would be useful in every room, whether or not it's designated for guests with disabilities.

The reception staff were excellent, and the room was more than adequate. Breakfast, though, was all sugar and carbs.
