The service was excellent, the place was truly clean, and I loved the squeezable, zero-waste breakfast options. The biggest problem was getting to sleep: all night, the water pipes sounded to me like dogs barking in the distance. The AC was even more disruptive. It kept blowing very hot air despite our request to stop, and even after we turned it off the room stayed hot and toasty. Holiday in may want to look at more efficient heating, since overheating rooms seems like it could waste a significant amount of money.

I stayed for two nights, and the customer service was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time, from check-in right through check-out. Stacy, Julie, and the housekeeping staff were all friendly and outgoing. You can tell they love their jobs from the way they handle so many parts of the hotel. Keep it up, folks. Hopefully we’ll be back to “dig” more holes!

When I’m in town for work, this is my go-to place. It’s close to the University and to nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and modern, the staff are helpful and friendly, and breakfast in the morning is excellent. The nightly rate is standard. I highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and the employees here were the kindest people we’ve ever dealt with. They were accommodating to everyone.

Every time I came in, staff greeted me by name, and in the mornings they’d come around to ask how breakfast was. Everyone was so sweet. There was a group of girls traveling internationally, and the manager offered to let them keep their keycards for their scrapbooks. They were so happy about it. This is genuinely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it.
