The neighborhood is nice and feels safe, with officers in the area and good parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Best value for the money around here.

I've stayed here many times, and it's always been a good stay at a good price, even though it may have changed owners a few times. It's central but away from downtown noise. The mall is just down the street, and there's a small strip mall nearby with a few places to eat, plus a liquor store, which is a must! Owners have been accommodating, even when I've asked to change rooms. Sometimes I take the only downstairs room because it's pretty quiet. Never had a bad experience.

The price was okay, but I won't stay here again. At check-in I asked for a military discount because of my husband's service. The clerk said they couldn't adjust the charge because I'd booked through a third party, but I had reserved directly on the hotel's website. Then we found that the deadbolt on our assigned room didn't work, so I asked to move. My husband went outside to smoke, and a staff member told him to leave the entrance. He stood by the building's corner, near the smoking sign and outdoor ashtray, but they came out again and told him to move farther away. We also felt like second-class guests. Other reviews from what seem to be business travelers say staff treated them well. We're from the rural Midwest and dress comfortably rather than fashionably. Nobody greeted us when we came in or left, even as we passed the desk clerks. Not a hello, goodnight, or have a nice day. That was highly unusual to me, and next time I'm in the area I'll take my business elsewhere.

Check-in was easy. Booking.com had messed up my reservation, but the staff got everything sorted out for me.
