We only made it two hours before leaving for a better hotel, SLEEP IN AND SUITES. The shower didn't work, and cleanliness was a definite no. The TV was the first problem, and maintenance had to come fix it. I don't recommend staying here. Who knows whether they'll refund my money.

The third-party site I booked through didn't show the $50 pet fee for a one-night stay. When I arrived and learned about it, I declined to stay because it was nonrefundable. I asked to cancel, but the man at the desk said he couldn't cancel a third-party booking and would leave the reservation open in case I changed my mind. The booking site marked me as a no-show and refused a refund, even though their service agent said she couldn't see the fee on the listing. I called the desk and asked for an email confirming I'd been there, declined the fee, and had been told my reservation would stay open. He refused. He also wouldn't let me record the call, and basically told me it wasn't his problem and he wouldn't give me anything to help recover my money. I haven't been that angry after a phone call in years. Thankfully, I disputed the charge and got the refund. If you're bringing a pet for just one night, don't stay here. You might as well book at the microtel just down the street.

There was urine in the stairwell, an unsanitary problem that had been left there and pointed to poor upkeep. I also saw employees sleeping during work hours.
