Super 8 Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie

The room reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in, and the smell was even stronger when we woke up. The bathroom looked pretty nice at first, but there was pubic hair and dried urine on the toilet seat. Every towel had a stray hair, and the shower handle had come off and was lying in the tub. Every pillow on the bed I was going to use had a stain. When I lifted the blanket, I found more stains and random hairs. I was afraid to touch anything. It was disgusting, and everywhere I looked I found more stains or hairs.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the price was super affordable. Staff were really friendly and helpful, including management. Everything exceeded my expectations at Super 8. Highly recommend!

We had two rooms for our family over the long weekend, each with two queen beds. We chose deluxe rooms with renovated bathrooms, and ours was on the third floor. The other room still had nice rooms and bathrooms too, and I took pictures of both. The continental breakfast was a nice extra. A great stay at Super 8 in pleasant Prarie.

I've been trying to get hold of the Manager for two weeks, but the employees keep saying he's busy or not there. I was charged for two nights instead of one, plus an extra $100 fee. I asked for the owner's name and was only told Mr Patel. At this point I consider it fraud, since I never gave permission to use my card for extra days and no one will discuss it with me. Teri Stone.
