Hampton Inn Pleasanton

The daily breakfast is included and starts at 3:00 a.m., which is convenient. After a long day in the Texas heat, the fruit-infused ice water in the lobby was a nice touch, and there’s an outdoor pool too. I was in Pleasanton, Texas, on business and stayed at the Hampton Inn. The rooms were super quiet. Highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns quite a few times, and they’re usually great, but this one was even better than most. The staff went above and beyond when I needed emergency laundry. I was also pleasantly surprised by the daily evening snacks and food in the breakfast area. I’ve stayed here twice, and both times the rooms were clean and the quality was consistent.

The staff greeted me at the door and offered water and a snack because I'm a diamond member. Great service.

Pretty much the definition of just okay. The renovation was done poorly, the sinks are clogged, and the hotel shakes at random times during the night. It almost feels like unstable laundry machines are right underneath you, lol. None of the gym equipment worked either. The cleaning staff are really nice, but the front desk service is horrible. Every morning they stand in a circle gossiping and complaining about other workers. Check-in took 20 minutes, and a nice housekeeper had to go find the desk clerk for me because she was nowhere to be found. If you have to stay here, it’s fine, but don’t go out of your way to book it.
