The people next door were loud and banging around until 1 a.m. on a Monday. The elevator also stopped working, so I had to walk up four flights. The front desk wasn’t helpful and couldn’t handle more than one task at once. Breakfast was a joke, just coffee and a muffin, no juice or water. My towels had hair on them, so I used my own. The washers and dryers were really expensive. I stayed March 1-4, 2026. This place is ghetto. Run, don’t walk away.

This is my second stay here. During my first visit I had technical trouble with my reservation, and General Manager Kim was extremely helpful. I’ve had a long journey this past year, and when I opened up to her about finding resources, I was an emotional wreck. She listened with respect and compassion, even though she wasn’t feeling well herself. I could see it on her face, but she didn’t let what she was going through affect how she treated me in such a vulnerable moment. She gave me resources and showed real care. You don’t find many people in senior positions who care like that these days. Extended Stay America, you have a gem in Kim, and I hope you treat her well. I’m big on feeling people’s energy, and hers felt peaceful in the middle of my storm. This may seem small, but God placed her in part of my journey, and I’ll never forget it. I pray God’s choicest blessings over her. Thank you, Kim, for your genuine compassion.

My room was clean, had been cleaned, and there were no bugs. The furniture and carpet were a bit dated, but clean, and I saw renovations underway in quite a few rooms on my floor. The staff were cool and the manager was helpful. It wasn’t as bad as the comments make it sound. I have 2.2 million views, so people will see this post. 👍🏿😁

The room was dusty and dirty, with holes in the curtains and items left in a drawer by previous guests. The iron leaked water onto my husband’s shirt, and the kitchen sink was clogged. I couldn’t wait to write a review, but after submitting one by email, I never heard back from the hotel. The staff could have been friendlier. I asked for plates to take to the room and didn’t get them. After we unpacked, I called the desk again because a note said staff would bring them up, but they told me I had to come get them myself. I asked for late checkout and was told 1 p.m. would be okay, so I said noon was fine. When my plans changed at 11:45, I called to extend checkout to 1, but they said no, I had to leave by noon. I went down to check out at 12:11 and was told they needed to remove the late fee.
