Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Plymouth

James at the front desk was friendly and helped sort out the details of my room booking when I arrived. His kind hospitality is a credit to the hotel, and I'll be back. The hotel was extremely clean, and I received excellent service. Breakfast was very good, especially the waffles. Thanks for a great stay!

After a long day at the soccer fields, we came back to find our room hadn't been serviced. Management then claimed we'd turned housekeeping away, which was a lie. We were out all day. A $50 credit is insulting when the staff lack basic integrity. We're moving our loyalty to brands that don't make up stories to cover poor service. Extremely disappointed in Marriott.

I've stayed here several times on business, and it's consistently clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is nothing special, but it's the standard free Marriott offering. There's a bar and restaurant at the hotel, plus plenty of good places to eat nearby. Plymouth village is close, and the hotel is easy to reach just off the highway.

The breakfast was a feast, and it was clean and high quality. Fairfield, Marriott's moderate-level brand, had all kinds of flavored teas, coffee, milk and oat milk, waffles, oatmeal, breads, butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, honey, and toppings like pumpkin seeds and chocolate chips. There were three kinds of eggs, bacon, cereal, and four kinds of juice. In this age of corporate cutbacks, I expected maybe a used tea bag, so the abundance really impressed me. The staff were professional, hospitable, generous, and good-hearted. Nikki, James, and Anthony in the kitchen were excellent hiring choices. I'd trust them with my business because they're knowledgeable and care about people. It's a relief to find real hospitality. This was a sparkling new Marriott, and it upheld the high standards that make it one of my favorite brands. I'm loyal to Marriott, and they haven't let me down. They treat me like Platinum! Thank you, Fairfield of Plymouth, for the best stay of my trip. I felt safe, too. The location is great, with Chili's within walking distance. I had phenomenal service there as well and met friendly people. It's next to a shopping center with good stores. A beautiful hotel, amazing staff and hospitality, generous breakfast, and a walk to Chili's made for a memorable vacation that made me happy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
