Rose Mary and her staff were so patient with our kids, who have special needs, and gave us time to sort out any issues that came up. My husband, our three kids, my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, and I stayed here for three weeks after a sewage flood, following a previous hotel kicking us out and falsely accusing us of damaging rooms. We were given accommodations because the kids could be a bit messy, and being able to keep our cats in the room was a bonus. The rooms were tidy, with some cosmetic wear and signs of age, but we felt comfortable throughout. The grill, patio, fitness center, hot tub, and pool were the icing on the cake. Best place to stay. We'd definitely come back if we needed to.

Everyone on staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. Kaily at the front desk stood out for being especially welcoming, and made checking in easy and pleasant. I had a comfortable stay and the service was great.

Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great, and the pool was refreshing. The staff were really friendly too. My room, though, was old, damaged and torn, with a strange odor. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel, so you may not run into that when you visit.

The customer service was horrible, and I won't go back. We booked room 424 for the family, but opening the door hit us with a rotten fish smell. Opening the windows didn't help. We complained at the front desk and got an apology, but no offer of another room or other help. I asked for assistance or an air freshener and got nowhere, so we bought four tree air fresheners from Maverik. They didn't mask it. On the second night, I asked the front desk to come smell the room. She brought me a spray bottle of cleaner.
