The breakfast had several choices, and we tried options 1, 2, 3, and 4. They were all excellent. Our bathroom and countertop were spacious, too, and the interiors were beautifully done. We loved the reused redwood from the roof’s original substrate in the ceiling, along with the cypress tables made from a tree that had been struck by lightning and fallen. The bed’s headboard, side tables, and console table came from that same tree. The newly renovated property feels like a lovely coastal masterpiece. The rooms were brand new and clean, named after wildflowers with matching artwork that spoke to my love and me. We’d just traveled from the incredible "Cottage Gardens of Petaluma" Nursery in Petaluma, and it felt like a sign to make the Wild Flower Inn our home base for a few days as we explored the California Coast. Thanks to Jeff for making the ambiance so memorable. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time exploring the area, including the historic 1870's lighthouse just minutes away. We came from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to the California Pacific Coast, made great memories, and may return for our honeymoon.

We found the property spotless, with spacious, newly renovated rooms furnished with good taste. The owner at reception made sure we were comfortable. There was fast wifi, EV chargers, and free mineral water and coffee at the front desk. The free morning breakfast was especially convenient and very good for guests wanting a quick bite before an early drive. Highly recommended.

The headboards made from live wood and the other natural details gave the freshly renovated, modern rooms a lot of character. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and getting breakfast delivered to our door in the morning felt like a lovely treat. The staff were warm and welcoming. We also appreciated the charging setup: there were far more outlets than the usual two everyone has to share, and the front desk had even saved us a spot at one of the chargers. We had a great stay and can’t wait to return.

Jeff, the owner, made a real effort to make guests feel welcome and looked after, giving the place a personal, home-away-from-home touch. The breakfast choices were fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, a lovely start to a peaceful morning. The Wildflower Boutique Motel in Point Arena completely charmed me. The property was clean and full of thoughtful details, and the cozy rooms have beautiful designs and plenty of character. You can feel the care that went into creating the space. It’s one of Point Arena’s hidden gems, pure magic.

The motel is beautifully remodeled, quaint, and spotlessly clean, with lovely flowers all around. The people who run it are great, too. It’s a beautiful reflection of Point Arena and the Mendocino coastline.
