The rooms were comfortable, but too expensive for what they offer. Breakfast was horrible. The food looked old and reused, and one day the scrambled eggs had green spots. I pointed it out to the waitress, who brought a fresh batch but put it into the same dish, leaving the other half with the old eggs. The bread was dried out every day. When I asked for sliced bread, they said they didn't have any. What kitchen has no bread? The milk container only had a few drops left, and coffee was the only hot drink, with no tea. I told the front desk about breakfast, and they said the breakfast service was separate from the hotel.

The mountain view was beautiful, and the location was great. But there's no free breakfast or laundry on site. I stayed for 8 days and had to take my clothes to a public laundromat, which was inconvenient.

Our close friend had been displaced by a fire, and so far this has been an awesome place for them to stay. The whole facility is clean, breakfast and buffet lunch are available, and there's a little convenience store in the lobby. The front desk lady is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is top notch, with an exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable room and maid service that seems up to standard. The bathroom is huge and very handicap friendly. The bed is huge and comfortable, the pillows feel like fluffy clouds, and the sitting area has plenty of space and a large flat screen TV. There's also a safe and coffee maker. The shower comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I love this place. It's wonderful.

I stayed here for work and found it convenient, with a good restaurant next door. The service was great. Collin at the front desk was especially helpful and hospitable, and I appreciated how willing he was to answer my questions.
