We slept fine and the place was pretty quiet. Our room had a window AC, and we could hear some dripping from the unit above us. There was no trash can in the room, perhaps by mistake, though the cans in the laundry area right outside worked almost as well. No fridge, and the beds felt cheapish and firm and creaked when I got up. In early December there was plenty of free parking, the pool was almost empty, and we had a nice canal view. It’s near the beach. It’s not the ritz carlton, but I’d stay again.

I left less than an hour after arriving because the cigarette smoke was overwhelming and horrible. It was so strong I could barely breathe, let alone relax or sleep. The laundry area was extremely loud, making it impossible to rest. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, I wouldn’t book or stay here. It’s completely unsuitable for a quiet stay.

You get what you pay for, and the staff were pretty alright. At least this place isn’t taking your money the way the resorts do. I’d still come back.

The canal views are incredible, and the furniture has been upgraded. It’s a warm, friendly, quiet and secure place, and the rooms are genuinely clean. The pool isn’t heated, but the water is always clean. No bugs, alligators, or distractions!

The area is very quiet, and during my three-day business trip the room was exceptionally clean and tidy, which made it comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated getting fresh towels every day. It’s a well-kept, budget-friendly option, and I’d consider coming back for another trip. I’d recommend it for business or leisure.
