I had an amazing stay at Sea Step by Lowkl in Pompano Beach, Florida ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The property was spotless, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well cared for, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. I loved the pool area. It was beautiful and peaceful, and a perfect place to unwind. Being an easy walk from the beach was a huge bonus and made everything convenient. I truly loved my time here and enjoyed every part of my stay. I cannot wait to come back!

The location is great, just a block from the beach, and having a parking lot was very convenient. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I specifically booked and paid extra for a room advertised with a full kitchen because of my toddler's dietary needs. When we arrived, there was only a kitchenette. I was told no other rooms were available for our stay, and my request for a price adjustment was denied. The listing is misleading because it clearly shows separate options for “kitchen” and “kitchenette,” but it seems they only offer kitchenettes. We also had some unsettling things happen in the room. The living room light kept switching on and off during the night, and the bathroom toilet lid closed by itself a few times. My husband found it funny, but it honestly made me uncomfortable. The location is great, but be aware that the rooms only have kitchenettes. Do not expect a full kitchen even if the listing suggests otherwise.

Location is literally the only thing this place has going for it. The location is amazing! The rooms are tiny and cramped. Most of the furniture looks like it was bought during Kmart's final week. Cleanliness is not their strong point. Our room was called “50 Shades of Grey.” The lighting was very poor, there was no hot water, and water pressure was low. It was not what you would expect when making a reservation. Maybe you do not expect much for the price? Five hours after we checked out, they texted to say they had to charge us for another night because we had left belongings in the room. When I called, they could not tell us what we had left or even which room we stayed in. The craziest part was that they asked what day I checked out. I asked her to find the details and call me back. She said she would try but might not be able to, and would probably send me a text. I said no: they were trying to charge me more after checkout, so they needed to call and tell me what information and reason they had. She said she would try her best and hung up. It was very frustrating staying here. You can communicate only by text or email. Thankfully, I had saved the number from when I first booked, which was the only reason I could speak to someone.

I had a great experience at Sea Step by Lowkl in Pompano Beach. The property is clean, well kept, and in an amazing location, right across the street from the beach, which makes everything so convenient. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beachside stay in Pompano.
