No frills, but a great location right on the ocean with a great beach. The rooms are clean and have kitchens, but the decor is outdated and repairs are often needed, though the kitchens are well equipped. The mattresses are extremely hard. There is no room service for anything, including towels, food, toiletries, basic amenities, or garbage removal, and no toiletries are provided. Staff help is limited. Wi-Fi works well, and the TV has a variety of channels.

I have been an owner since 1996 and recently had the good fortune to work with Colleen Milazzo, the bookkeeper and a very capable general helper. Her work ethic is absolutely excellent. Persistent, thorough, and kind describe the service I received. I cannot thank her enough.

Our yearly vacation at Seaside is something we look forward to. Seaside Beach Club is a three-story, mom-and-pop-style resort. We love the Pompano area. Olivia and her mother deserve recognition for keeping the rooms clean with amazing attention to detail for more than 20 years. The location of Seaside Beach Club is perfect, with all kinds of restaurants nearby, including Briny's Irish Pub, Taco Junction, Falafel, Rassellberries Ice Cream, and an Italian restaurant on Briny and Atlantic, all within walking distance. It is also important to us that we can walk to Walgreens when we need a prescription, more sunscreen, or sunburn lotion.

We love our yearly visits to Seaside. There are two pools, and the different floor plans work for different group sizes. The beachfront location is great, with restaurants nearby. You can also tell the management keeps investing in the older 1980's condos and making improvements each year.

We’ve had this timeshare in our family for nearly 30 years, and we’re still happy to come back. We’ve been visiting for over seven years, and the place keeps getting better. The price has gone up, but the upgrades make that understandable. The staff are so sweet, and the location is hard to beat: about 20 steps and you’re on the beach. There are two pools and a hot tub too. We’ll keep returning because we love it here 😅
