The reservation itself went smoothly through a third party, but the trouble started when we arrived. The person checking us in said the hotel couldn’t collect the room payment from the third party and told us to call them. While we were on hold, the hotel employee came out and pressured us to cancel that reservation and book directly with the hotel. The third party offered to move us to another hotel at no extra charge, and we accepted. Another guest arrived during this and ran into the same problem. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel through a third party, since it seems unable to collect funds from their accounts.

The room was awful, and everything seemed to be out of service. Even the orange juice at breakfast was warm. When we left, my husband gave the front desk clerk a written complaint for the supervisor. I’d guess the person we spoke with was probably the owner or supervisor. All she said was that she was sorry and would share it with the owner. I’m still waiting for follow-up, as of 12/8 and again on 4/30. We’d reserved online and arrived late, but there was nobody at the desk or anywhere we could find. We called the hotel and knocked on the office door, with no answer. After about 50 minutes, we called Wyndham’s national number, and they managed to reach someone. A lady came in from outside and said she’d been with a “friend.” I saw a man in the lobby when I came in, and my husband said he’d already been waiting more than 45 minutes. She said she must have just missed him. Leaving the front door unlocked with nobody available felt like a real safety concern. The hotel could have potential, but they need to put in the work, and they aren’t. Our room wasn’t clean at all. There were stains on everything, and the shower was so gross that neither of us used it during our two nights. Find another hotel if you can.

There’s free continental breakfast, and the rooms were clean, but they had damage. This is an older hotel that needs maintenance, and there was trash all around the outside. The neighbors blasted music at 5am. We were only passing through for one night, probably won’t return, and found it kind of expensive for what it is.
