There was even a breakfast in bed option, which was amazing. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you might want. The bathroom had three different kinds of soap for showering and washing your hair, plus there was dishwashing liquid for the sink dishes and other useful things. The downstairs was being worked on, so there were no rooms for rent there, only on the second and third floors. The hotel is still a perfect place to stay, even with a little construction after rain flooded the property twice.

We only got one bath towel, and the tub drained so slowly that showering felt gross. The kitchenette sink was slow to drain too. There was a sign saying staff were helping other guests, but they were actually out of sight in an office, just hanging out and talking.

The only real disappointment was the seating and luggage setup. With two beds and two guests, why not have two comfortable chairs and a small bistro table for eating instead of making people sit on the bed? Two luggage jacks would help too. We stay at a lot of hotels, so please address this faux pax. Otherwise, we were impressed. The room was spacious, had a full size refrigerator, and the bathroom was very clean. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly. The first floor had recently flooded, but they’re sorting it out, and it should be even better once the work is done. Ebony was lovely to chat with while we waited for a cart, and even helped load our luggage into the car. What hotel staff does that?! We stayed Monday with my best friend and will come back to see the finished place. People complaining just don’t understand that heavy rain can cause flooding, and should be thankful for such clean, spacious rooms. Thank you, Ebony!

It’s a newer hotel, and our room was spacious, with a full fridge and ice maker, though the ice maker didn’t work even after we turned it on. There was a two burner stove, microwave, and small sink, plus shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash. Connecting rooms are available for larger groups or families traveling with kids. You can walk to Sam's, walmart, and other shopping, and being close to i95 makes it easy to get around.
