122 Sea Breeze Studio Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo

Port A has been part of who I am since 1963, but this past weekend was my first time staying at Seabreeze. I may have found my new spot. It's a small, charming, quiet property, with well-kept, well-managed rooms that are practically soundproof. And that balcony view!

We barely needed the car, since the beach and just about everything else on the island were within walking distance or a golf cart ride. There were two bars next door and several restaurants on the same block, but we never had excessive noise. The balcony view was lovely any time of day, and the pool and grill area were usable. We cooked outdoors and on the stove, and the kitchen already had a full-size coffee pot, four-slice toaster, pots, pans, and utensils. There's also a nice track across the street, and the pool has nice lighting in the evening. We booked without seeing the condo, and my husband and kids were very happy with it. The only reason I'm giving four stars is the weak wifi and bathroom plumbing in our unit. We'd recommend the place, and you won't regret staying here.

We loved the porch facing the pool and beach, and the place was peaceful enough that we never heard the neighbors. It's just a short drive to the beach and only a few feet from several restaurants and bars. The condo was cute, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we might need, along with plenty of towels. The pool and outdoor cabana area were very clean and well maintained. It's pet friendly, which was a big plus, and the front office can arrange a golf cart rental delivered to the condo. We had a great weekend and can't wait to return.

We booked mainly because they welcome pets, and they even have walking areas with dog waste bags. There was a sign warning about coyotes when walking the dog, and we did see a few in the brush toward the beach, past the walking area. The office staff were super nice. The condo was small, comfortable, and homey, with a nice patio and view, a comfy bed, and a pool we really liked. The beach was just down the street. Don't be put off by the outside, the inside was very nice and met our needs. It exceeded our expectations, and we'd book here again if we return.
