They’re pet friendly, and the condos are roomy, pretty, well equipped, and kept up nicely. The pool is enjoyable, though it fills up quickly. There are barbecue pits guests can use, plus showers by the front entrance or by your condo.

There’s lots of room to sleep, and the place was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are upstairs, with a half bath downstairs.
For what this place offers, I think the price should be about half. In our unit, #303, the deadbolt was locked from inside when we arrived, so maintenance had to come let us in and we lost 45 minutes. As soon as we got inside, there was a strong mildew or mold smell. I called the owner, who showed no interest in helping. Then someone flushed the master bathroom toilet and water started dripping onto whoever was sitting on the downstairs couch. We had to shut that toilet off and leave it unusable for the weekend. I wasn't impressed at all. I'd rather sleep in a tent on the beach than spend more time at a place aptly named the commons.
Fishing was a blast, and Butch is a great guide. Book with him, you won't regret it!
We stayed in #604, a lovely two story house with three beds and 2 1/2 baths. The bedrooms all have TVs, and the master has its own full bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the beach decor was lovely, and it had all the amenities we could want. There’s a nice pool, picnic tables, and grills, with the beach about two blocks away.
