The ocean view is still there, and if you mainly want a great view, close beach access, and something a little more elevated than camping, this could work. But after three nights in condo 521 for my birthday weekend, I was disappointed. We’d stayed there six years ago, when it was well appointed, and I expected the same place. A lot of maintenance is overdue now. The disposal, washer-dryer, and safe didn’t work. The deck door and its jamb were so rusty that the door wouldn’t open all the way and was hard to close and lock. The Teflon cookware was scratched up enough to make me worry about cancer. We used to have foil, plastic wrap, salt, and pepper, but those were gone. With taxes and fees, it was basically $500 a night. Next time I’ll pay a little more if I need to and choose somewhere better maintained.

Room 222 worked well for two, with a queen bed and plenty of space. From its two windows we could see both pools and the Gulf, and they opened easily to let in the beach breeze. The location was perfect, with the beach and a restaurant next door within walking distance. The staff were helpful, and we’d stay again.

Tonya really made our stay. She was awesome, and even watched our dog for a little while so we could go to the pool. The condo itself was perfect, very clean, and super close to the beach, and the heated pool was relaxing. We can’t wait to come back. ❤️

My best friend got home from the beach today and had so many great things to say about her stay and Tonya. Tonya invited her for drinks, but said no because she’s professional. I hope I get to go up there with my friend soon and meet her. Yay!

The location is great, and I liked that it’s pet friendly. Those are the only positives. The room was dirty and gross, with a moldy shower curtain and crumbs on the comforter. Water pooled in the shower because it drained badly, and the room felt musty and humid the whole time. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the rooms are very outdated and just dirty. Definitely not worth the price.
