Beachy Keen 5 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms Home

We’ve been coming to Port Aransas for 10 years, and this was our first really disappointing trip. The pool is conveniently across from the house, but it was tiny and packed the whole time because it’s the only one serving most of the neighborhood. The outside seating was mostly broken, and the patio lights didn’t work when we tried to barbecue. The younger group couldn’t use the rusty foosball table either. Inside, the upstairs stove had a front burner that didn’t work, and the upstairs back bathroom drained slowly and smelled strongly of sewer. The bunk beds creaked badly and felt so flimsy that we put the mattresses on the floor to sleep. For what this place costs, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve rented from Life and Paradise before, and there are several of their other places I’d choose instead.

We had a group of 40-50 people and rented three houses. They’re really cute and have plenty of space. Our house, beachy keen, sleeps at least 16, with the two floors fully separated and a kitchen on each floor. There’s outdoor dining and seating, plus a pool and a boardwalk that takes you down to the beach in a short walk. WiFi, laundry, and a computer with printer were available too. It was phenomenal!

A fun, clean, beachy place for a vacation. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes on the boardwalk, and you can get there by golf cart too.

We’ve been able to stay here while volunteering with cleanup, even with hurricane damage and construction going on. It’s been fantastic.
