One Town Center is the best value at Cinnamon Shore if you want the amenities without paying a premium for an entire home. This was the original rental building in the development. It’s only three floors and is nice and quiet, with Lisabella's, the Dune Pool, and the lake close by, plus a very short walk to the beach. Our unit was clean, inviting, and fully furnished. Each owner has added personal touches, which was great to see.

The complimentary activities nearby were a nice perk: a sand castle workshop, a smores cookout, and a Friday night movie in the square. Our unit was fully furnished and then some, and the amenities were first class. We had a great family stay, fortunately two weeks before hurricane Harvey hit. The community has that new master-planned feel where things look much the same. That’s not necessarily bad, but keep it in mind if you prefer somewhere more casual or old school. We’d definitely come back.
