Fabulous 5 Bedroom Home in the Village Walk Community! Right Next to the Pool 5 Home by Redawning

We rented the two story condo for three nights at $500 a night. It slept 15 comfortably, but I wouldn’t rent it again. The main TV never worked, the air conditioning wasn’t as cool as we wanted during the day, and the steep stairs have no railing. An older family member fell. Parking was limited, and the beach was too far to walk to, so I’d recommend renting a golf cart. No regrets, but next time I’d make other arrangements.

The units are spacious, with a bright, beachy feel from the light cabinetry and countertops. The third floor is an open kitchen and living space, and its lookout gives a decent water view. The gated townhome community is well maintained. These are three story units in a development that, as of 6/2023, was second row from the beach. If the land between it and the first row gets built out, it would effectively become third row.

The pool was almost hot tub temperature, which would be nice in cooler weather but not when it’s 102 outside. Mosquitoes were swarming nearby, so bring a couple cans of bug spray and use them often. There’s no beach access unless you walk across large fields and risk a trespassing charge. Parking was limited, though it wasn’t a problem for us. The house itself was fantastic, and the area was well kept. Nothing about the stay made me take off a star. I’d come back, maybe when it’s cooler.

We had lots of family with us, and the 10 bedroom house gave everyone plenty of room. The downstairs and upstairs screened porches divided it into two separate houses, and the private pool was an ideal size. Our only issues were that two bedrooms couldn’t get Wi-Fi for the TVs, probably because they were too far from the main modem, and two downstairs bedrooms got hot one night. We called the office and maintenance fixed the air conditioning, but the internet issue remained. We’ll most likely rent here again.
