The check-in was bumpier than we hoped. The form instructions weren't clear, and the code in the email didn't work. I understand they're switching property management companies, but better communication would have helped. Still, my family and I had a great trip.
That adults-only pool was amazing, and the service was 10/10 the whole time. Megan Baker and the staff helping her really went above and beyond. We'll be back!
The front desk lady was so patient while I tried to figure out where our house was, lol. It was beautiful, and we had a great stay. The house itself was really nice and clean, and it was already cool inside when we arrived because the air conditioning was on.
The pool for adults only was a highlight, especially with service there. We had a wonderful time at Sunflower and will definitely come back.
The way this was handled was hostile and dishonest, with no regard for tenant rights or our family's safety. It was traumatizing for the kids and completely unacceptable. We arrived at 5 PM with seven small children, then got woken at midnight by someone knocking. By 2 AM we'd been evicted at the owners' request over something they viewed as a lease violation, and it apparently couldn't wait until morning. The homes and location may look beautiful online, but our experience was horrible. Do NOT stay here. If you care about your family, safety, or rights, look somewhere else. If you're fine with your lease agreement not being protected, then go for it.
