The Mercer is my go-to on the island. It’s in the best part of the area without being too loud, and the homes are nice, clean, fresh, and spacious. I plan my trips around when they’re available. There are several management companies and owners, and some are easier to deal with than others. There’s a pool and a grill, and it’s just a few minutes from the beach.

The cabins are tidy and the beds are comfortable, and the grounds look clean too. The pool, though, is awful. I honestly don't think it's ever been cleaned.

There’s a grocery store nearby, along with plenty of bars and restaurants in Port Aransas. The place itself was peaceful and clean, and it worked really well for a vacation with family or friends. I’d recommend staying here.

Cute decor, and the pool stays open so you can hang out there for as long as you want. Really nice!
