We’ve stayed here before and plan to return. The rooms are clean, there are plenty of dining options within a safe walk, and the parking works well for us since we travel for work in a van with a trailer. I also want to thank Audrene, the maintenance team, and the night staff member who checked me in. Something was wrong with my room, and they quickly offered another one. We misplaced our keys during the move and searched frantically, then kept looking through the night. The next morning, manager Audrene suggested checking the first room again. A new tenant was already there, but they kindly let us search once more, and we found the keys. Audrene didn’t have to get involved, but she went out of her way to help.

The property was quiet over NYE and very well kept, especially for a pet-friendly place. My main issue was the shower water, which was barely warmer than cold. When I raised it with the front desk and maintenance manager, he seemed doubtful and just shrugged. I brought him to the room so he could check for himself, and even then his response felt rather blasé. It took a lot away from what was otherwise a stay I appreciated.

The room had a strong musty, moldy odor. I nearly asked to move, but I’m not especially sensitive to smells, so I stayed put. Aside from that, the two-queen room had nice beds and linens, though the cube-shaped pillows were all pretty firm. Breakfast was okay, with make-your-own waffles, a small hot selection, yogurt, fruit, bagels, juice, and coffee. Staff were polite and check-in and checkout were easy. It was about what I expected, and without that smell I’d have rated it four stars.

The hot tub and pool were clean, and the whole team was great. David was especially professional, and Mindy was wonderful with my son. He loved her cookies. Mike and Matt helped make our stay superb.

Really liked the room. It was spacious, with a sitting area, two TVs, and a clean bathroom. The huge king bed sat about three feet off the floor, which I loved. The hot tub was great too, and breakfast was free.
