Godspeed Events & Lodging

Bart is such a gracious, welcoming host. God Speed Events is a lovely place to stay, with a beautiful property and reasonable prices. It’s close to Penn State, too. A great fit for individuals, families, or groups.

The accommodations were okay, though I didn’t find them especially comfortable, and a few details seemed unfinished or overlooked. Communication was uneven as well. Some exchanges were helpful, but I had to follow up or ask for clarification at other points, which made coordination more of a hassle than it needed to be. There’s a lot of potential here. Godspeed Events & Lodging has an appealing setting and concept, especially for events or group stays, and it’s clear effort has gone into the space. With more polished accommodations and smoother logistics, the experience could be much better.

The creek behind the property makes for a peaceful, scenic spot, and the bathrooms and showers were clean and well kept. I really enjoyed my stay. The party barn has plenty of room and a great sound system, and the property as a whole has impressive lodging and event facilities. Bart was friendly and helpful, and you can tell he takes pride in giving guests a good experience. I’d highly recommend GodSpeed, especially for parties and events.

Bart and his family, dogs included, were so welcoming that Godspeed felt like home. I had a great time there. My cabana was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, and the bathrooms and showers were spotless and stocked up. The food was great, too. I’d absolutely recommend Godspeed, and I hope I can go back.
