Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Savannah North I-95

We had a pleasant stay. The room was bright and clean, and I especially liked the yellow desk chair. Breakfast was adequate, with several good restaurants and fast food places within easy walking distance. The young woman at the desk was very nice.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and the beds and rooms felt clean, comfortable, and fairly updated. After I reported the noise and the insect, they quickly offered us a different room, away from the noise and from any extra room inhabitants we could see. Still, they started us in a room near the diesel station even though the parking lot suggested the hotel wasn't close to full. I'd expect them to use the far end first unless they needed those rooms. We stayed two nights. The I-95 access is convenient, but one end of the hotel is next to a truck stop and diesel pumps. If you're nearby, you'll hear trucks braking and idling all night. Just after check-in, very late, I found a dying brown insect in the bathroom. I was too tired to complain, so I flushed the creature and went to sleep. This is clearly a discount hotel, and I understand there's some risk when choosing the cheaper option.

Right off I-95, the Days Inn & Suites in Savannah has plenty of restaurants nearby and adequate, well-lit parking. It's a basic place, but clean, with spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Cindy helped me check in for an emergency stay and kept me calm during a really stressful time. As she was leaving, she even made sure I had everything sorted out so I could get home safely. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.
