The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel looked good after its recent renovation. My wife and I stayed for two nights and had a really positive experience. I usually book other Hilton brands, but chose this one to save a bit on a business trip. I’d seen some negative reviews and decided to give it a chance. Glad I did. I’d stay here again on my next trip to Savannah.

The breakfast was basic, but they kept it stocked and looked after it. We arrived late and got settled into a clean, nicely cooled room without any trouble, and slept decently. Rooms beside ours were quiet, though we could hear footsteps and movement from the floor above. There didn’t seem to be much staff around, but the people we met were nice enough. The truck stop next door didn’t bother us, and the blackout curtains did their job. For the price and its location relative to Savannah, I’d stay again.

Dirty used linens in the shower and trash on the floor of our room. The cleanliness was unacceptable. We took a quick nap after the drive, then left as fast as we could. We’ll never stay at a Spark again.

I had a small toilet issue, but Mary sorted it out, and her customer service was phenomenal. She and NeeNee made the stay so good that I’ll be back again this year. The room was clean and cozy.

On our way to FL, this was a great place to stop and sleep. The beds were comfortable, and both our room and the lobby were clean. The hotel has been fully renovated. We used the Hilton app and a digital key, so I can’t comment on the customer service. Save your money and book here instead of at other Hilton properties in the same area.
