The room was nice, with a full-size tub and a clean shower with very hot water. The mini fridge tucked in the cabinet gave me some trouble, though. I called the front desk for coffee and they brought it promptly. Thanks for a comfortable stay, and see you next time. Micah was a customer service master, with a generous smile and an efficient check-in. I was really impressed by the service.

The staff were great. They let me hang out in the lobby for a while and even gave me a Cherry Coke and a snack. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and it’s a good spot in the city for a fun trip. I recommend it every time!

The hotel is older, but it’s in decent shape and seems pretty well maintained. The downtown location is convenient, with the MAX line just two blocks away for trips to and from the airport. The Alder restaurant has a nice daily happy hour and quite good food. Staff at both the restaurant and hotel were friendly and ready to help.

I loved the room, and the location worked perfectly for everywhere I wanted to go. The receptionist was friendly and quick, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Everything was excellent, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a great location, friendly staff, and clean, updated rooms. Seeing the New Year’s Eve light show from our room was a lovely extra.
