The included breakfast was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable for the price. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. I managed to mess up my key by leaving it in my pocket with my phone, which interferes with the card reader, something I always forget. They understood, reset it right away so I could get back in, and even gave me a drink on the house. I'd happily recommend staying here.
Shiv made us feel welcome from the start. He was friendly, attentive, and ready to help, which made the whole stay easy and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, and the hotel had a relaxing feel. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.
The hotel was quiet and tucked away, and the front desk staff were all friendly. I stayed on the fourth floor and didn't see a single roach, so hopefully they've dealt with that issue. My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was somewhere in the middle, not great but not terrible. The eggs were cold, and oatmeal and hot chocolate would have been nice additions.
Don't assume the lower price means a bad stay. This was a nice hotel with nice people. Everything went smoothly, and the room heated up fast. When it got too warm, the air conditioning worked just as well. The hotel was clean and breakfast was included, with sausage and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, a waffle maker, bagels, and assorted juices.
I was sorry to leave. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the front desk attendants were so nice and helpful. I wish I'd taken pictures. I'll definitely be using Comfort Inn from now on.
