GuestHouse Inn & Suites Hotel Poulsbo

That bed gave me nine solid hours of sleep, even though I usually get about five because of insomnia. The whirlpool jetted tub was another highlight, and WIFI was strong and fast. The TV was huge and the remote easy to use. Breakfast was a real meal, with waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, cream cheese, muffins, coffee, and juice. We'd stayed at five hotels this year, and this one was easily best for comfort, service, and cleanliness, especially at such a good price. Every person we met, from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance, was kind and friendly. They also happily accommodated a special concern before we arrived. The area was quiet and felt very safe, and even the halls smelled fresh and clean. It made our 30th anniversary so special. I can't say enough good things about the stay.

We spent three days in Poulsbo and stayed here the whole time. The lobby and breakfast area felt cozy, the room was spotless, and all the front desk staff were kind and friendly. Sky welcomed us and was both knowledgeable about the city and great with guests. She gave us useful tips for places to eat, attractions, and activities. We had a really pleasant stay.

It's an older hotel, but still cute, and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast is wonderful too. We've stayed here several times, so I'm not sure why its rating is so low.

Service, breakfast, and location were all fine, even better than the room itself. We booked a king suite expecting something nicer, but it felt dark and dated, with a strange smell. The wood looked beat up, and the dark colors didn't match, especially all those clashing greens. It seemed clean and dirty at the same time. I felt like they'd tried to update everything except the room. Disappointing.
