Travelodge by Wyndham Powell

For a motel, this was probably the best value I found during 3-4 weeks of travel. There was a very light continental breakfast, and the location was a slight downside. If you plan things right, though, that isn't a problem. It's near Heart Mountain, which was a great hike.

I was unsure about booking this place, but wanted somewhere affordable. They were proactive about putting me in a room away from the road to cut down on noise, and the remodeled room was clean. Everything turned out much better than I expected. I'll definitely stay again.

I was here on a work trip with my dog, and apparently hadn't shut the room door all the way when I left. She got out. The staff called to tell me, and when it took a few hours to find her, they did everything they could to help. They made a Facebook post for me and contacted the local police. They really care. I'll stay here again simply because I know the staff will go above and beyond to help. Thank you so much for helping me find my girl!
