They've updated the place recently, and the king bed was very comfortable. The room had a small table and chairs plus a desk and chair. It's a clean, pleasant stay for a very reasonable price, so I'd recommend it. Just know they don't provide the usual shampoo and conditioner or breakfast. I bring my own things, and the savings on the room would more than cover breakfast anyway.

I'll be back next May with my family when I drive from Utah. For anyone there on Sunday, services at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Pratt are at 1pm at 1108 Stout St. I'm a member, but I don't live in UT. The inn has a clock and phone, which many newer places don't, and the owner and manager have done a great job with the remodeling. I heard the owner bought it five years ago and brought the manager in to look at the renovation and run it. The small touches in the room and bathroom make sense. The A/C works as it should, the refrigerator gets cold, and everything is new for now. The price is very reasonable, one of the best I've had since rooms cost $29 or $39 for a single bed. The Cox internet and cable are good, with lots of channels including FOX, ESPN and BYUtv. I disagree with the man from Amarillo TX, my experience was the total opposite. My only suggestions are the towels, which is why I bring my own soft ones when driving, and the shower floor felt strange when I first stepped in, though I understand why it's made that way. I never give the highest stars because there's always room to improve.

Management was kind and VERY helpful. I accidentally left something behind, and they promptly shipped it to me. Our room was clean, with a comfortable king bed, and the dog fee was reasonable. There's a modest grassy spot for dogs, and several restaurants nearby. We walked across the street to Los Cabos and had an excellent meal. I'd stay here again if I were passing through Pratt.

I've stayed here twice in the past few weeks and plan to return in a few days. The manager and owner were great to deal with, and the rooms are modern and clean. They seem to have paid attention to the details, and the value for the price is very good. Keep it up.
